WE'RE SMOKING AT THE SALMON BAKE
Nightly Specials are back at The Bake for the summer of 2025:
MONDAY is Chef's Choice. Our lead chef, Redd, will create one of his many favorites every Monday.
TUESDAY is seafood night at The Bake. Seafood from all around the country on special.
WEDNESDAYS are WILD. Wild Wednesday can include Buffalo rib eye, Elk tenderloin, Alligator and more.

THURSDAY is Surf and Turf, "Wild Salmon Bake" style. Might be Elk and Scallops, might be Alligator and Alaskan Mussels, hard to tell.
FRIDAY includes the time-tested favorite.......Prime Rib every Friday at The Salmon Bake.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY we use our new "TRACTOR SMOKER" on the Deck to create smoked delights. Smoked with local Alaskan Birch and Alder wood, we are smokin' Beef Brisket, Pork
